Als toetje hadden we dit jaar met de kerstmis (2023) een Toscaanse sneeuwbal met een warme saus van vin Santo. Ik bestel af en toe bij La Vialla en heb via hun dit recept. De sneeuwbal heb ik zelf verzonnen omdat het leuk is om bezig te zijn met de opmaak van je gerecht. Het is super gemakkelijk te maken en ruim van te voren, zodat je relax aan tafel zit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je kunt de semifreddo ook in kleine timbaaltjes opbouwen, net zo gemakkelijk. Ik heb er deze keer voor gekozen om een sneeuwbal te maken met behulp van een mal van 2 halve bollen. Je smeert de cr\u00e8me uit in de vorm en daarna vul je de bol verder laagje voor laagje op met koekkruimels en cr\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nadat je ze uit de diepvries haalt, druk je beide helften tegen elkaar aan en wrijf je de naad weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
