Pas toen ik in Gouda kwam wonen, op mijn 38e, at ik voor het eerst \u201cverse\u201d pasta vanuit de supermarkt. Dat vond ik al helemaal een feestje. Maar toen ik zelf pasta ben gaan maken, was ik helemaal verkocht en eigenlijk wilde ik niet anders meer dan vers gemaakte pasta. De ravioli bereid je in de ochtend, daarna leg je een schone theedoek op een grote snijplank en strooi je daar wat bloem over. Daar leg je de ravioli op en strooi weer een klein beetje bloem erover.
